If goods are faulty or damaged on delivery

  • Report any damaged or faulty goods on delivery or within three working days of receipt.
  • Contact our Trade Department for a returns authorisation number and freepost returns address.
  • Returned goods will be checked on receipt and a credit will be raised or a replacement dispatched accordingly.

If you have received incorrect items

  • Report any incorrect items on delivery or within three working days of receipt.

If goods are no longer required

  • Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
  • Non-faulty goods can be returned at the discretion of Robert Welch, however a 20% administration charge will be applied.
  • Contact trade@robertwelch.com in the first instance regarding any faulty goods to receive a returns reference number.
  • Any goods returned must be received in their original packaging and in a completely resalable condition.
  • Returned goods will be checked on receipt and a credit will be raised accordingly.

If your customer would like to return an item for any of the above reasons

  • Any product returns should be made directly to the store in which the product was purchased in the first instance. The above returns procedures can then be followed. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
