Designing the best knives in the world has been a long task for the team at Robert Welch. Starting this process 11 years ago with rigorous questioning of function, manufacture, durability and ease of use saw the design team question how they would create a range of beautiful, functional and timeless products.

In celebration of reaching this memorable milestone join us over the coming months as we share the success behind the Signature knife range. We are excited to bring you a collection of exclusive recipes, created by Robert Welch ambassador Georgina Davies in order to showcase individual knives for the use their design was intended, and we will be encouraging you our customers to join us in creating these recipes and sharing your #ONEINAMILLION successes with us. 

'How to' videos will be a resource to refer back to for knife skills ranging from the appropriate grip to professional techniques and we will share information with regards to exciting new product releases and gift ideas in the lead up to Christmas.
